Lead, stabilise and strengthen campuses when your leadership is needed most.
At Only About Children, we believe early childhood education is more than a job. It is an opportunity to shape lives, support families, and lead teams who make a lasting difference every day.
With more than 80 campuses across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, we are proud to deliver a holistic approach to learning, health, safety and wellbeing through The OAC Way. As our network continues to evolve, we are focused on strengthening operational consistency, supporting our campus teams, and ensuring every child, family and educator experiences the highest standard of care and education.
We are now looking for an experienced and adaptable Flex-Site Campus Director to provide hands-on leadership across our Melbourne campuses.
About the Role
As a Flex-Site Campus Director, you will step into campuses during key periods of operational need. This may include supporting leadership vacancies, leave coverage, periods of transition, compliance uplift, team stabilisation, or preparation for Assessment and Rating.
You will act as Campus Director and, where required, Nominated Supervisor, providing confident day-to-day leadership while partnering closely with Operational Leaders, Quality, Education and People teams. Your focus will be to quickly understand each campus environment, build trust with teams and families, and drive practical improvements that create sustainable outcomes.
This is a permanent full-time role supporting different campuses across Melbourne. Placements may vary from short-term support through to longer engagements, depending on campus needs. It is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Campus Director who enjoys variety, thrives in complex environments, and wants to make a broader impact across the organisation.
