About the Role
As our Intensive Support Partner, you'll take on a high-impact, hands-on role, working directly with Campus Directors and teams across Sydney to uplift quality, safety, and performance.
Based at our Seaforth Campus, you'll lead targeted support to campuses requiring an extra lift-helping them move from challenge to confidence.
This role is a permanent opportunity available for an immediate start.
What You'll Do
Lead campus transformation
- Drive sustainable uplift in quality and compliance across key campuses
- Implement Compliance Improvement Plans and embed best practice
- Prepare teams for successful outcomes in Assessment & Rating
Coach and build capability
- Mentor Campus Directors and educators through operational challenges
- Model strong, regulatory-aligned leadership in real-time
- Support performance management, onboarding, and development
Collaborate to raise the bar
- Partner with Regional Operations Leaders, Quality Assurance, and Education teams
- Manage critical documentation, incident reporting, and regulatory submissions
- Engage constructively with state regulatory authorities
About You
You're an experienced early childhood leader who thrives on supporting others, solving problems, and leading through complexity. You bring:
- Proven success in lifting performance or turning around underperforming campuses
- A deep understanding of the National Quality Framework, regulations, and child safety
- Strong coaching skills with the ability to influence across levels
- Excellent organisation, communication, and reporting abilities
- Flexibility to work across different campuses and team environments
- A valid Working with Children Check and relevant Early Childhood qualification
