Enrolments Consultant role:
We have an opportunity available for a new Enrolments consultant to join our support office team basic in St. Leonards, Sydney.
It is an exciting time to join our thriving Family support function as we grow the team. You will work alongside dedicated and friendly colleagues and have a supportive manager to guide you in this role.
The position is full time, for a 6 month period, with opportunities to extend your career with Only About Children.
You will spend 3 days in the office and 2 days working for home.
What you'll do:
The purpose of the Regional Enrolment Consultant is maximise your regions occupancy by enrolling new families into our services. The success of this role will be dependent on building and maintaining exceptional relationships with new families (who you will nurture through the pre enrolment funnel) and your regions Operational Manager.
- First point of contact for new family
- Ensure family requests are responded to in a timely manner
- Convert new families to campus tours
- Campus & Family waitlist management
- Assisting our enrolled families with additional days and sibling enrolments
- Director support with room configuration and family transitions
- Participate in Sales promotions, campaigns, events and displays for campuses
