Early Childhood Teacher
We're looking for a thoughtful, passionate and child-centred Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Only About Children Rose Bay Village.
This is an opportunity to bring your teaching practice to a campus where children's curiosity is valued, relationships are central and school readiness is supported through meaningful, play-based learning.
You're The Difference at OAC
At Only About Children, everything starts with one simple truth: You're The Difference.
As an Early Childhood Teacher, your expertise shapes how children think, communicate, connect and prepare for their next step. The way you plan, teach, reflect and partner with families helps children feel capable, confident and excited to learn.
With us, you'll see your impact in children's school readiness, educator growth and the learning culture you help create.
About our Rose Bay Village campus
There's a beautiful sense of warmth and belonging at Rose Bay Village. Set on Newcastle Street, close to New South Head Road, the campus has a true village feel where children, families and educators feel known and welcomed. With local shops, libraries, community gardens and onsite parking nearby, it feels deeply connected to everyday Rose Bay life.
Inside, Rose Bay Village feels thoughtful, joyful and full of care. Children enjoy large outdoor play areas, age-based indoor spaces, an onsite kitchen, library and Zen room. Families often describe the campus as more like a village than a daycare, with familiar faces, beautiful food and strong communication. It's a campus where children feel safe, valued and loved.
About the role
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you'll lead high-level educational practice and learning within your room, planning and delivering curriculum, documenting children's progress, partnering with families and mentoring educators.
This is a classroom-anchored teaching role informed by the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers, the EYLF, the National Quality Framework and OAC's Grow Curriculum.
