Room Leader - Rose Bay
We're looking for a confident, caring and organised Room Leader to join our team at Only About Children Rose Bay.
This is a role for someone who loves guiding a room, building strong relationships and creating the kind of calm, engaging environment where children and educators can thrive.
About our Rose Bay campus
There's a warm, settled feel to working at Rose Bay. Set on Dover Road, close to Old South Head Road, the campus sits in a lovely Eastern Suburbs pocket with schools, parks, shops, cafés and transport nearby. With onsite parking and local buses, it's easy for families and team members to settle into the local rhythm.
Inside, Rose Bay feels bright, nurturing and full of wonder. Children enjoy dedicated outdoor spaces for each age group, plus hands-on learning through the edible garden, berry patch, worm farm, composting and recycling spaces. The campus animals, including chickens, a bunny and goldfish, are a much-loved part of daily life. Families often describe the team as warm, professional and caring.
