Only About Children are excited to welcome an experienced Centre Director to our Coonans Hill team. This 127 place service consists of six age specific classrooms and an abundance of outdoor learning environments, giving children unlimited opportunities to explore and grow in a safe and fun space. 

You will be joining us at an exciting time, as we have recently rolled out our Centre Director Training Program for 2025. This initiative supports our leaders in becoming the “CEO of their Campus”, empowering you with the tools, mentorship, and autonomy to make a real impact. You will manage the operations of the campus with a focus on five key pillars; People, Quality, Growth, Safety and Financial Performance. We will support you every step of the way with mentorship, training, and career growth opportunities, ensuring you can take pride in your leadership and professional development.

As the Centre Director & Nominated Supervisor, this role is pivitol in ensuring children are given the best opportunities to engage with educators in meaningful, open interactions to foster trusting relationships. Equally, you will play an important role in ensuring families are welcomed, supported, involved, and informed on their child's learning journey.
