As our Educational Leader, you will:

✨ Lead, mentor, and empower educators to deliver a high-quality curriculum.
✨ Guide and inspire teams in curriculum decision-making to create meaningful learning experiences.
✨ Work alongside the Campus Director to drive positive educational outcomes.
✨ Foster a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence in early childhood education.

 
What You Need to Succeed:

✅ Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education.
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in an educational leadership role.
✅ Strong communication skills to connect with families and teams.
✅ A hands-on, collaborative, and passionate approach to early learning.
✅ Deep understanding of frameworks and regulations.
