Educational Leader - OAC Charlemont
When my educators keep wondering, I keep discovering.
They notice what I enjoy.
They follow my questions.
They make space for my culture, my ideas, my voice and my way of learning.
They see I am not just playing. I am thinking, testing, imagining, moving, feeling and growing.
At Only About Children Charelmont, you can help guide that kind of practice.
We're looking for a reflective, inspiring and practice-focused Educational Leader.
About our Charlemont campus
At Charlemont, my campus is beginning a brand-new story. I arrive in the Geelong region, at a new purpose-built campus on Batten Road with six rooms, new resources and a big outdoor yard made for children like me. Everything is being shaped with care from the start.
I can learn in spaces for nursery, toddler and kindergarten children, with room to move, wonder and belong. New routines, friendships and traditions can grow here. This is a place where my ideas can be noticed from the beginning and my confidence can grow with the community.
You're The Difference
At OAC, they say You're The Difference.
I think that means you help my educators see me clearly. You help them ask better questions, listen to my ideas and keep learning, so I can keep growing.
About the role
I need educators who keep learning with me.
As Educational Leader, you will guide educational practice across the campus and coach educators, Room Leaders and teachers in curriculum, reflection and quality learning.

You will need to complete all required working with children, background and compliance checks. OAC welcomes people from all backgrounds who share this commitment.
