Room Leader
We're looking for a confident, caring and organised Room Leader to join our team at Only About Children Caringbah.
This is a role for someone who loves guiding a room, building strong relationships and creating the kind of calm, engaging environment where children and educators can thrive.
About our Caringbah campus
There's a real sense of heart at Caringbah. Located on Cawarra Road, the campus sits in a practical Sutherland Shire pocket close to local cafés, activities, transport and community services. It has a lively local feel, but once you step inside, the campus feels warm, established and full of adventure.
Families often describe Caringbah as an extended family. Children explore three large undercover outdoor areas, including a mud kitchen, vegetable garden and climbing pirate ship, alongside bright age-based indoor rooms. Families regularly speak about approachable leadership, caring educators, clean spaces and strong school readiness. It's a campus where your relationships can help children build confidence, friendships and a love of learning.
You're The Difference at OAC
At Only About Children, everything starts with one simple truth: You're The Difference.

With us, you'll see your impact in stronger room culture, richer learning and children who feel safe, capable and ready to participate.
About the role
As Room Leader, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day educational, operational and people outcomes within your allocated room.
You'll lead curriculum delivery, child safe practice, team communication and family partnerships, while supporting educators to build confidence and deliver high-quality care and learning.
