Are you an experienced Early Childhood Teacher with a passion for delivering high-quality, educational programs for Kindergarten children? We currently have an amazing opportunity to join the team as our 4 year-old Teacher & Room Leader. Collaborating closely with families, you will support children on their educational journey as well as meeting individual care needs. Our holistic approach goes beyond education to encompass the health, social development, and total wellbeing of every child in our care. We call this "The OAC Way"

For this position, we are looking for an enthusiastic leader who holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education/Teaching and proven experience in:

• Delivering a successful Ready for School Kindergarten Program
• Creating an innovative, emerging, & inclusive curriculum 
• Providing both structured & spontanious play-based learning
• Documenting Individual Learning & Development Plans
• Writing transition reports & connecting with local schools
• Supporting educators in delivering best practice
