Educator - Bridgeman Downs
We're looking for a confident, capable and practice-focused Educator to join our team at Only About Children Bridgeman Downs.
This is a great opportunity for a Diploma-qualified educator who enjoys mentoring others, uplifting practice and helping create high-quality learning environments where children feel safe, included and ready to grow.
About our Bridgeman Downs campus
Our Bridgeman Downs campus is a spacious, purpose-built service set across an impressive 10,000m² environment. With expansive outdoor spaces, children are encouraged to explore, take risks, and build confidence through play.
Our team is long-standing, collaborative, and genuinely supportive — creating a positive environment where educators feel valued and connected.
You're The Difference at OAC
At Only About Children, everything starts with one simple truth: You're The Difference.
In this role, your practice, judgement and mentoring help shape the quality of care across the campus. The way you support educators, strengthen curriculum and model child safe practice creates a ripple effect for children, families and teams.
With us, your impact will be seen in stronger educator confidence, richer learning environments and children who feel truly supported to grow.
About the role
As an Educator, you'll provide high-level educational practice, professional leadership and mentoring within the campus.
You'll support curriculum delivery, strengthen child safe and inclusive practice, and help build educator capability across rooms. This role suits someone ready to bring confidence, professional judgement and a strong focus on continuous improvement into the everyday rhythm of the campus.
