For this role we are ideally seeking:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Working towards any childcare qualification with expereince of atlest one work placement 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Flexibility to work on-call, be booked in advanced, and be adaptable 
• Working with Children Check - Employee

Workers Retention Payment:

Only About Children is proud to share that our application for the Worker Retention Payment has been approved! This means our team members will receive an additional 10% on top of the award rate, plus an extra 5% from December 2025, funded by the Australian Federal Government until 30 November 2026.
